From the Buddhist monasteries of Thailand comes this nurturing, therapeutic style of body work. Using slow, gentle rocking movements, the therapist applies compression with thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet to relax muscles and increase flexibility. We begin our Thai massage with an aromatic citrus and floral foot bath. Traditional Thai massage is performed on a mat on the floor rather than on a traditional massage table. This allows for movements and procedures that are not effective or practical on a massage table. You are comfortably dressed in provided clothing to facilitate the yoga like stretches and adjustments.

Designed for maximum comfort, the Aveda Hydrotherm System is ideal
during pregnancy; relieving many of the physical and mental stresses
that are unique to the expectant mother. As you are cradled by warm,
water-filled cushions, your spa therapist reaches deeply stressed
areas without turning you over.
–As a spa team, we are uncomfortable performing services on
high-risk pregnancies or complications. We would be more than happy
to refer you to a trained therapist.
All of our body treatments begin with
an Aromatic Foot Bath and Sensory Journey. We ask that you arrive
15 minutes early to change into a gown. We recommend that women
receiving body treatments not shave on day of service. If you have
any special considerations, please contact your health care provider
prior to scheduling appointment.
AQUA THERAPY BODY GLOW $75

Our custom blended aromatic treatment is designed especially for you. This extremely relaxing body treatment includes a foot bath, full body exfoliation, and a hydrating massage. Leaves your body feeling conditioned, soft and polished.

A rejuvenating and nurturing body treatment that uses the healing
touch and plant ingredients of the Caribbean to create inner calm
and renew the body and senses. Treatment begins with a dry exfoliation
followed by a detoxifying seaweed masque, a comforting body wrap
and a scalp and facial massage. After a refreshing shower, a restorative
body massage completes this island-inspired experience.
